"The employees at this store have always been very pleasant and helpful to me. Fred Way wrote a review complaining about "rudely" being asked to put his gun away when he took an "empty" revolver out of his pocket to compare to another one on the counter. first of all, no firearm should be considered empty, so I understand if they were uncomfortable. No reputable gun shop will allow ANYONE to unholster or unilaterally present an unholstered, uncontrolled firearm in their store. Period. There are ways to ask, and safely hand over a weapon in a store and they will be the one to guide you. You should have asked in advance how to proceed. If it went down as you wrote below, you may consider apologizing as opposed to writing what appears to be an unfair review."
